Our Teachers

Anandpremi

Born into a Brahmin family in India, Anandpremi was introduced to spiritual life from an early age. Immersed in sacred tradition, mantra and devotional practices, his path has been shaped by disciplined study and lifelong personal practice.


His understanding of yoga is rooted in classical teachings, including the Yoga Sutras, and informed by a deep respect for traditional philosophy. Alongside this foundation, his practice is also influenced by tantric wisdom recognising yoga as a path that integrates body, energy and consciousness.


Anandpremi shares yoga as a complete and authentic system, guiding students with steadiness, humility and reverence for the lineage from which the teachings arise.

Anandi

Devoted to the path of yoga for over eight years, deepening her practice through study and time spent in India under the guidance of traditional teachers. Her journey is rooted in sincere seeking, always drawn toward authentic, lived teachings rather than surface-level practice.


Her approach is strongly inspired by bhakti, the devotional heart of yoga, and guided by the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and classical yogic philosophy. Over the years, she has also explored tantra philosophy, Kundalini practices and the subtle dimensions of energy and awareness.


A certified 200-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher, Anandi offers classes that are not merely instructed, but embodied, grounded in personal practice, discipline and inner devotion.


Her teaching invites students to experience yoga as a transformative path of awareness, not only a physical practice.
